mad respect for the king

one scene that stood out to me in AUJ was when thorin waited for everyone else to get to safety before he did. he’d be the last one to make sure no one was left behind. a true leader and king😤

another movie moment that stuck with me was when bilbo was hanging off the edge of the mountain after the stone giants fight and thorin actually went DOWN to LIFT him up while the other dwarves were trying to pull him up. it’s a really significant move as a leader and i think peter j and the team did an amazing job at shaping his character🤩
